How do I Submit Bugs or Share Ideas for Gemcom Software Enhancements?
Our Support website www.gemcomsupport.com is designed to allow you direct access to our support and product management teams, and to connect you with other Gemcom users in the Discussion Forum. From the Support website you are able to ‘Submit a Ticket’ when you want to get product support, report a defect or suggest an enhancement.
To sign up and create your personal account on the Support website:
- Click the option ‘Create New Account’.
- Enter your company support login (5 numbers) and company support password (5 letters).
- Enter the requested information.
- Once your entry is accepted, you will receive an email. Click on the link in the email within one hour to activate your profile.
You are now ready to login to the Gemcom Support site using your personal profile. Click on the Login option and enter your email address and personalised password.
To submit your bug or software enhancement request click ‘Submit a Ticket’.
To participate with other users in the Gemcom User Community and share ideas about the products click ‘Discussion Forum’.
